VW T5 Stainless Steel Cat/DPF Back Single System for LWB & SWB 1.9TDI, 2.0 TDI and 2.5TDI
Description
Single stainless steel system following the same route as the original equipment VW exhaust system, and comes with twin oval twin round or standard looking turn down tail pipe as standard.
This joins on to the down pipe section after the Cat or Dpf in the joint just in front of the first silencer. If you need the section before this we make these also.
This is a non resonated (NO SILENCER) very very slightly sporty sound system, but only noticeable out the rear.
Comes with everything needed to fit your T5/T5.1, spare wheel water tanks (check its a genuine water tank as after market ones are too close to exhaust) air ride tanks and tow bars all stay in place. Simple and quick to fit.
Suitable for long wheel base and swb (please let us know which you have) and the 1.9TDI, 2.0 TDI and the 2.5TDI. please let us know which you have in the notes box upon purchase.
Uk made mandrel bent systems, no kinks or squashed bends.

PP Tuning offers clear warranty cover for stainless steel exhaust systems and remapping work. Supplied and fitted fabricated stainless steel pipework is covered for 5 years, while supply-only exhausts and wear items are covered for 12 months against manufacturing defects. Remapping software work is covered for 30 days, but this does not include a mechanical warranty. Existing faults, worn parts, previous remaps, clutch, turbo, DPF, injector, gearbox or vehicle condition issues are not covered. Read the full warranty information.

Massive thanks to Pptuning for getting my T5 exhaust out to me in rapid time. Quality is superb, fit and finish is superb, looks fantastic on the van. Took way longer to remove the old ten tonne standard exhaust than it did to fit this new straight through one (literally minutes). Easiest to fit exhaust I’ve ever done.
Can’t believe that there is very little sound difference between the twin silenced heavy weight system and this straight through stainless one, just the faintest little bubble from the tips. Looks wise a million times better than standard exhaust.
Only tip I could give would be drop customers an email to state item had been dispatched, I was out for the day when I got a text from delivery company stating delivery would be that afternoon. I was expecting 7-10days not 2, lol (had to rush home wasn’t missing that delivery).
